Data Reporting Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance reporting capabilities and drive data-informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
• Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights, including defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
• Gather and prepare data for analysis by validating sources, integrating datasets, and ensuring data quality and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
• Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, such as star schemas
• Experience with Python and Databricks is preferred
