Data Reporting Consultant IV

Job Summary

To drive strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant IV will design, develop, and deliver enterprise Power BI reporting solutions, manage complex reporting initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize performance and governance in healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Power BI reporting solutions while ensuring data quality and performance optimization
• Execute data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and prepare data for analytic efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs and develop reporting solutions that inform decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and report performance optimization
• Experience with Databricks or other cloud analytics platforms is preferred
