Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant IV will design, develop, and deliver enterprise Power BI reporting solutions to support Revenue Cycle operations, utilizing advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and cloud analytics platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex reporting initiatives and mentor team members to ensure production quality through governance and validation
- Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to create interactive Business Intelligence reports
- Interpret data analyses and present insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and report performance optimization
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle reporting experience preferred
