Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Data Reporting Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics for various government programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Execute data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights, including defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to clarify business needs and developing analysis plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
