Data Reporting Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant IV will manage the development and maintenance of data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to drive strategic data-informed decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to define metrics, conduct analyses, and deliver actionable insights for decision-making
- Gather and prepare data for analytics by validating sources, integrating data, and ensuring quality and accuracy for analysis
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and familiarity with ETL processes and dimensional modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools and developing analytical models
