Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant IV will develop and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Conduct complex data analyses and interpret findings to inform decision-making
- Manage data preparation processes, ensuring data quality and accuracy for analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
