Data Reporting Consultant IV
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Reporting Consultant IV will drive strategic data-informed decisions by developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in data visualizations and interactive BI reports
- Gather and validate data from various sources, preparing it for analytic efforts and ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Consult with clients to identify business needs, translating requirements into actionable insights and metrics for informed decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas and modern data pipelines
