Data Reporting Consultant IV

Job Summary

Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant IV will manage the design, development, and maintenance of data models and business intelligence solutions focused on risk adjustment reporting and analytics, utilizing tools such as Power BI and Databricks.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data quality and actionable insights
• Execute creative data analytic approaches, defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses to support decision-making
• Gather and prepare data for analytics, ensuring accuracy and integrating data from multiple sources for comprehensive reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
• Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and modern data pipelines
