Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant IV will manage the design, development, and maintenance of data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and prepare data for analytic efforts
- Consult with clients to identify business needs and translate requirements into data collection methods and analysis plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
