Data Reporting Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Databricks, focusing on actionable reporting and strategic data-informed decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and automates business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
- Executes creative data analytic approaches, defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses to drive actionable outcomes
- Interprets data analyses and presents insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and modern data pipelines
