Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant IV will develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and automates business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in data presentation
- Executes creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and informs decision-making through data interpretations
- Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify analytical requirements and drives the modernization of reporting platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and relational data management
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
