Data Reporting Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time Data Reporting Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Databricks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in design and implementation
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to drive actionable outcomes and interpret analyses for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate sources, and prepare data for analytic efforts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
