Data Reporting Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time Data Reporting Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Databricks, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in design and implementation
- Execute creative data analytics approaches to derive actionable outcomes and interpret data analyses for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs, develop analysis plans, and measure the impact of business decisions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and modern data pipelines
