Data Science Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Science Analyst to develop and optimize NLP pipelines and analyze datasets using Google Cloud Platform resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of an end-to-end NLP pipeline for thematic, sentiment, and trend analysis
• Collaborate with an analytics architect to access and prepare datasets for seamless integration and analysis
• Utilize Python in Jupyter Notebooks to call LLMs via Vertex AI and write results back to BigQuery

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Python, particularly in Jupyter Notebooks
• At least one year of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically Vertex AI
• Practical experience in calling LLMs from Python/Jupyter and embedding prompts
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with advanced coursework or equivalent experience
• Strong technical leadership skills and ability to manage the entire NLP pipeline
