Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret survey research results related to customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain scripts/codes for data manipulation and model development
• Collaborate with team members on new product development and innovative research methods

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with SAS or SPSS
• Master's degree with 2+ years of experience or Ph.D. in Data Science or related fields
• 4+ years of advanced understanding of statistics and machine learning methods
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, global environment
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
