Data Science Analyst

Job Summary

To optimize revenue cycle solutions, the full-time Data Science Analyst will analyze complex data sets, leverage healthcare revenue cycle knowledge, and collaborate with product teams to derive strategic insights, with the option for remote work available in select states.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to create actionable insights and support business objectives
• Facilitate the design and development of product features by gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare and analyze data, applying statistical methods and visualization techniques to improve data quality and business insights

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in Data Science
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience with hospitals, providers, and/or healthcare delivery organizations
• Proficiency with SQL programming and extensive experience in a BI environment
• Professional experience with AI technology and agile development processes
• Strong business acumen and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and gaps
