Data Science Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative revenue cycle solutions, the full-time Data Science Analyst will analyze complex datasets, leverage healthcare revenue cycle knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights and optimize product design, with remote work options available in specific states.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to create actionable insights and support business objectives
• Prepare and validate data through profiling, cleansing, and transformation to improve data quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and facilitate product feature design

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably within healthcare revenue cycle
• Proficient in SQL programming and experienced in BI environments and data warehousing
• Professional understanding of AI technology and experience with agile development processes
• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to interpret and present data analysis results effectively
