Job Summary

To enhance healthcare revenue cycle solutions, the full-time Data Science Analyst will analyze complex data sets, apply analytics using BI tools and SQL, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive strategic insights, with remote work options available for candidates in select states.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to create actionable insights and support business objectives
• Facilitate the design and development of product features by gathering and documenting business requirements
• Prepare and validate data through profiling, cleansing, and modeling to improve data quality and inform decision-making

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in Data Science
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience with hospitals or healthcare delivery organizations
• Proficient in SQL programming and experienced in BI environments and data warehouses
• Professional understanding of AI technology and agile development processes
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and analyze solutions
