Data Science Analyst II

Job Summary

To enhance pharmacy financial performance and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Data Science Analyst II will perform high-impact data analysis, reporting, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop interactive dashboards and optimize SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes diverse data requests and collaborates with departmental staff to identify reporting requirements and methodologies
• Develops and presents reports and findings to senior management, leveraging advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights
• Acts as a liaison for internal stakeholders, translating their needs into reporting and analytic solutions while ensuring adherence to corporate standards

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of analytics development experience, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel with experience in large relational databases
• Strong understanding of 340B program compliance and hospital pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
