Data Science Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Science Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and analyze existing systems
• Lead the development of business cases, training materials, and test plans while ensuring compliance with Data Science standards
• Coordinate with IT and project managers on EDW-related projects and provide ongoing production support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years of experience in technical or business analysis, with at least 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst
• Experience with data teams or data warehouses, preferably in health insurance or healthcare
• 2+ years of experience supporting analytical use-cases involving large datasets
• Ability to read, write, and execute SQL statements
• Experience with SQL Server and cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery preferred
