Data Science DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time remote Data Science DevOps Engineer will manage distributed hardware and software systems, oversee Kubernetes deployments, and develop infrastructure as code using tools like Python and Ansible.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates and supports Ubuntu Linux engineering and operations while managing container workloads with Kubernetes
- Develops and supports Infrastructure as code and participates in the creation of data management plans for key projects
- Documents system architecture and software configurations, contributing to testing and deployment plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, ITS, or related field preferred
- Three to four years of experience in healthcare information technology and seven to ten years in ITS or data science platforms
- Strong background in Linux and Windows system administration
- Experience with deployment and maintenance of Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Python and DevOps tools such as Ansible
