Data Science Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Data Science Engineer in a full-time remote capacity, who will build and maintain software and data pipelines to support contract management and AI-assisted workflows while collaborating cross-functionally to develop data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain software and data pipelines for contract management and AI-assisted workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and subject matter experts to conceptualize and develop data solutions
• Contribute to data capabilities related to contract modeling, automated pricing, and payer policy intelligence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with non-traditional backgrounds welcome
• 2+ years of experience developing data models, pipelines, and analytical solutions using Python and SQL
• Experience with dataframe libraries such as pandas or polars
• Familiarity with backend web app development (Django) or willingness to learn
• Experience with ETL/ELT workflows and orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt) and comfort with cloud services (AWS S3, EC2, RDS)
