Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Science Graduate Development Program participant.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a structured rotation through different areas of Data Science, building a foundation in analytical techniques and machine learning
• Identify data sources, perform feature engineering, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement models into production
• Create and maintain monitoring procedures for model performance and design automated dashboards to communicate results to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S
• Recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative or Information Technology field
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, with a preference for 3.5 or higher
• Graduation date on or after November 2025 but no later than June 2026
• Planning to seek full-time employment by June 2026
