Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of predictive models for voter data
• Manage and mentor the data science team, fostering a healthy and inclusive culture
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for enhancing the effectiveness of Democratic candidates through data science

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading data science teams with technical mentorship and strategic direction
• Proficiency in deploying machine learning or statistical models in production environments
• Experience in data science or statistics within social sciences or business contexts
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, along with SQL and modern cloud data environments
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their machine learning services
