Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager to lead and scale their Data Science team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an analytics advisor to solve business problems using data
• Partner with product, engineering, and design leaders to influence the roadmap with data-driven insights
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into ML-driven solutions and oversee their deployment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning or data science, with 5+ years in a management role
• Expertise in modeling with Python and data manipulation in SQL
• Hands-on experience in predictive modeling to address real business problems
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience in Trust & Safety, Risk domains, or Experimentation
