Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager to lead a team of data scientists and drive the development of machine learning solutions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data science strategy across multiple product lines
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5-8 data scientists while fostering a collaborative culture
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align data science roadmaps with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing data scientists or in a similar role
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning
• Experience in healthcare or medical data with an understanding of clinical workflows
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices
