Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Science to lead a team responsible for testing agents and developing evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct annotation management, including budgets and statistical analysis
• Maintain and expand metrics for agent performance evaluation
• Create evaluation packages for Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers

Required Qualifications

• Expert level proficiency in Python
• Experience in translating high-level requirements into practical tools
• Strong knowledge of frequentist and Bayesian statistical techniques
• Experience in the healthcare sector
• Demonstrated ability to write reliable, extensible Python packages
