Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data & Insights to lead a team focused on developing insights from autonomous vehicle data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of data scientists to define and extract key autonomous vehicle performance metrics
• Build and maintain self-service platforms for querying key metrics and analyzing large datasets
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to translate statistical findings into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• B.S, M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Math, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in leading data analysis systems in robotics or autonomous vehicles
• 2+ years of development experience with Python and large-scale data processing
• Ability to identify patterns and regressions in high-dimensional sensor data
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with strong project management skills
