Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager who will provide technical and organizational leadership to deliver Data Science products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, implementation, and monitoring of Data Science products from inception to deployment
• Establish and standardize tooling and process frameworks for delivering high-quality data science products
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and product managers to achieve project goals and facilitate technical capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, particularly in Predictive Modeling and Optimization
• Expertise in SQL and Python
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, data processing, and ETL tools
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams
