Required Qualifications

• PhD or ABD in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• 4 years of experience as a Research Assistant, Data Scientist, or Developer
• Experience in mentoring and hiring junior data scientists
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience in delivering comprehensive models and custom product solutions in Financial Services or related industries
