Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager to provide technical and organizational leadership in delivering Data Science products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, implementation, and monitoring of Data Science products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Establish and standardize tooling and processes for the delivery of enterprise-wide data science products, ensuring code quality and best practices
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and product managers, facilitating collaboration and communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, particularly in Predictive Modeling and Optimization
• Expertise in SQL and Python, with experience in handling structured and unstructured data
• Experience with data processing tools and cloud deployments, preferably in GCP
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
