Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics
• 1+ year of direct people management experience
• Hands-on experience in experimentation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to define priorities
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data science workflows
