Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Data Science to lead a team of data scientists and drive the execution of its AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Scientists, providing technical guidance and support
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models from data exploration to deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business problems into actionable data science projects

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, with 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with large-scale datasets and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field is a plus
