Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Science (ML Focus) to lead a team in developing machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Design, develop, and deploy efficient data pipelines and productionize machine learning research
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape solutions and contribute to business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related industry, preferably in a consulting firm
• Experience managing a team of Data Scientists
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in Python and familiarity with additional languages
• 3+ years of experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
