Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sports betting, fantasy, or related gaming industries
• Strong technical foundation in data science, statistics, or software engineering
• Demonstrated management experience leading and mentoring teams
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, with experience in statistical optimization techniques
• Deep understanding of sports and/or esports market structures and modeling
