Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Data Science Manager will drive analytics projects, influence product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges using data insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists to develop strategies for products serving billions of users and businesses
• Drive end-to-end analytics projects in partnership with Product and Engineering to inform product strategy and investment decisions
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership through clear and compelling presentations

Required qualifications

• Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• 4+ years of work experience in applied analytics, including 2+ years managing analytics teams
• Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance
• Experience communicating analysis results to leadership
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
