Data Science Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of data scientists, the full-time Data Science Manager will set the analytical strategy for GTM, engage in hands-on problem-solving, and coach team members while collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the analytical strategy and roadmap for GTM, identifying key opportunities across the customer lifecycle
• Coach the team on analytical methodologies and ensure high standards in statistical rigor and storytelling
• Collaborate with leadership to influence decisions on territory design, campaign investment, and retention strategies based on data-driven insights

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science or quantitative research, including 2 years in a management role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data warehouse environments
• Experience with analytical methods related to GTM issues, such as churn modeling and forecasting
• Strong background in experimental design and A/B testing within marketing or sales contexts
• Proven ability to translate complex data findings into clear narratives for leadership
