Data Science Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Data Science Manager will drive analytics projects, influence product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance product development using large data sets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists to develop strategies for products impacting billions of users and businesses
• Drive end-to-end analytics projects in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to inform product strategy
• Communicate insights and influence product direction through compelling presentations to leadership

Required qualifications

• Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical software (e.g., R)
• 4+ years of work experience in applied analytics, including 2+ years managing analytics teams
• Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance
• Ability to communicate analysis results effectively to leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, to be completed prior to joining
