Data Science Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of data scientists, the full-time remote Data Science Manager will be responsible for shaping the direction of the Data Science organization, aligning business and technology priorities, and executing high-impact initiatives while fostering team growth and development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists on performance, growth, and day-to-day responsibilities
• Partner across business and technology organizations to align on priorities and influence strategy
• Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to drive business strategy and decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a related field
• 2 years of experience in management and administration
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, noSQL, and ElasticSearch
• Knowledge of statistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine learning
