Job Summary

Managing a data science team remotely, the full-time salaried Data Science Manager will lead projects focused on personalization and recommendation systems, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive data-driven decision-making and improve business metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and manage data scientists while overseeing end-to-end data science projects
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to leverage data insights for decision-making and goal setting
• Design and deploy machine learning models to enhance personalized experiences across digital channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressively complex data science experience (or 2+ years with a Master's degree)
• 2+ years of managerial or leadership experience in data science or analytics
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and modern analytics tools, including Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with personalization and recommendation systems at scale
