Job Summary
Overseeing credit risk, fraud risk, and line management models, the full-time salaried Data Science Manager will evaluate model performance, document reviews for regulatory compliance, and enhance governance frameworks while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and evaluate the conceptual soundness, data quality, and performance validation of various risk models
- Document detailed model review reports and prepare for regulatory and internal audits
- Communicate model review results to business partners, senior leaders, and regulators
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in quantitative fields
- Hands-on modeling experience preferred
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
- Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, and AWS is a plus
