Job Summary
Joining a growing team, the full-time Data Scientist will develop AI solutions in oncology and precision medicine, collaborating with interdisciplinary experts to create workflows from complex biomedical data in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate ML, deep learning, and LLM-based workflows for digital pathology and oncology data
- Build data and model pipelines for various biomedical datasets, including biopsy images and clinical records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research questions into effective AI solutions
Required qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning and machine learning algorithm development
- 3+ years of experience developing instance segmentation models
- 2+ years of experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools
