Data Scientist

Job Summary

Joining a growing team, the full-time Data Scientist will develop AI solutions in oncology and precision medicine, collaborating with interdisciplinary experts to create workflows from complex biomedical data in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate ML, deep learning, and LLM-based workflows for digital pathology and oncology data
• Build data and model pipelines for various biomedical datasets, including biopsy images and clinical records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research questions into effective AI solutions

Required qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in deep learning and machine learning algorithm development
• 3+ years of experience developing instance segmentation models
• 2+ years of experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools
