Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in all phases of product development, including ideation, analysis, metrics design, modeling, and decision-making
- Utilize data for understanding users, product investments, and deep-dive analyses
- Act as a thought-partner for product and engineering teams, shaping Reddit's roadmap and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in quantitative or data science roles
- Degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, programming languages, and relational databases
- Deep understanding of online experimentation and causal inference
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with the ability to tackle ambiguous problems
