Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to support product development through data analysis and insights extraction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and apply research methodologies for skills-based hiring and workforce development
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and inform learner-to-earner pathways
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and design data-driven products

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for a Tier 3 background investigation
• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience applying data science in relevant sectors
• Strong proficiency in Python or R and expertise in SQL for data analysis
• Experience using Power BI and/or Tableau for building dashboards and visualizations
