Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to support the health and lives of children with special healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with business stakeholders to translate goals into ML/AI models for improving clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver insights on business strategy and patient care
• Develop ML models using clinical, claims, and social determinants of health data to drive actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience, with proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong background in study design, causal inference, and research methods
• Experience presenting findings to non-technical staff across the organization
• Experience in a start-up or growth environment; healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, and/or Tableau
