Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data science, analytics, or statistics-focused role
• Hands-on experience with predictive modeling techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with advanced statistical modeling is a plus
• Bonus: Knowledge of P&C insurance data and industry-specific modeling challenges
