Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist II or III.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate project scope into technical tasks and manage project assignments using Jira
• Develop and validate statistical and machine learning models for utility industry applications
• Collaborate on data science pipelines and communicate with clients throughout project lifecycles

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a technical field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or electrical engineering
• Proficiency in R or Python, with fluency in both preferred
• Experience applying data science methods in a professional environment
• Familiarity with cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure
• Strong understanding of various statistical and machine learning model families
