Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to join their Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, track, and analyze organizational impact, student outcomes, and program performance
• Build and refine statistical and machine learning models for outcomes analyses and decision support
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to translate complex results into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or a related field
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms
• Proficiency with Python and strong SQL skills for working with large-scale datasets
• Experience with cloud platforms and deploying or maintaining data-driven applications
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data engineering workflows
