Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Data Scientist to partner with AI Decisioning customers and engineering teams to enhance AI-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose model behavior, tune ML levers, and analyze incrementality for AI Decisioning campaigns
• Conduct exploratory data analyses and improve customer feature matrices using data in notebooks and warehouses
• Create templates and tools to scale performance analysis and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis using Python (Polars/Pandas) and Jupyter notebooks
• Ability to write and interpret SQL for customer warehouse analysis
• Understanding of ML modeling concepts such as features, hyperparameters, and training windows
• Customer-first attitude with high ownership and urgency in resolving issues
• Experience in applied ML, data science, analytics engineering, or a forward-deployed role is a plus
