Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to drive data-informed decision-making across clinical operations and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze populations for targeting and outcomes analysis, including risk stratification and efficacy modeling
• Produce KPIs that improve organizational focus, including SLAs and performance metrics
• Own the core data architecture to support self-service analytics and build data export processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or health informatics, preferably in a startup environment
• Strong SQL skills with experience in BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent data warehouse platforms
• Experience with Looker and developing LookML for self-service analytics
• Proficiency in Python and Jupyter notebooks for data analysis and modeling
• Experience working with healthcare data sets including claims and/or HIE data
